Q: Some of my friends will sarcastically joke around with me and I never know what to say back. I'm a very reserved, shy and quiet person so I don't know what to say back and usually just end up smiling. For instance, I avoid conflicts and my friends were all talking about people who cause them. Then one of my friends sarcastically said they could see me causing a lot of problems. My other friend turned to me, smiled and said "troublemaker!" All I did was smile a lot and glance down. That's just one example, but they do that a lot and I react the same way all the time. I never know what to say. I'm just curious, but why do you think they sarcastically joke so much with me?
A: because their trying to make you become more talkitive and laugh more, i mess with quiet shy people all the time in a weird attempt to make them more spontanious
