Q: This is my dream. Please be serious.
A: I got stuck on your question. I thought about it for a long time. Here's what I finally came up with. You say that you don't care for nothing. But in reality, You have hopes and dreams just like the rest of us. Your desire to care for nothing is just a defense mechanism. You're trying to protect yourself from pain, rejection, failure, isolation, and ostrsicm. But by refusing to care, you sign up voluntarily for all of those things and get the "punishment without the crime." This is not good judgement. When you do it the way that you suggested (I care for nothing) you give up without ever trying.) you accept defeat without even putting up a fight. Who knows? You might be a HUGE success. Homer Simpson said "Trying is the first step toward failure." This was comedy. It was meant to be funny and stupid. Homer Simpson is a well known dork. We don't want to take his advice and yet...that's what it seems like you are actively doing. Who knows what's in store for you? You might find your perfect soul mate. You might win the lottery. You might find a career that you are absolutely passionate about. What you are attempting to do instead, is to give up. Not try. Refuse to try because you MIGHT fail. Cave in to your fear of failure or rejection. You're just trying to protect yourself but you're denying yourself the opportunity to even try. This is a HUGE MISTAKE. Fail! Fail miserably. Who cares??? You get unlimited chances in this lifetime. Try it again.. And when you happen to fail.....make it a big. Try at love. You have no apparent love now and therefore, you have nothing to lose! Create something!!! Paint a picture. Grandma Moses didn't start painting until she was 82 and she is world reknowned famous!!! Meet new people...everyone in your line of vision has something to teach you. We are all surrounded by our teachers. Learn to listen to them and understand them. Talk to strangers. They tell you the most amazing things! Don't give up. It doesn't matter if you get thrown off your horse and get the breath knocked out of you. Get right back in the saddle and keep trying. This is what makes life sweet.
