Q: Do you think that the government is justified in telling its citizens how many children they have? Explain and give 3 points.
A: Yes. The whole point of government is to "govern" us, to take care of us that's why we give them taxes so that they can do this for us, it's a deal between us and them. At this point in time the world's population (including western populations) is too large. The western population is too large because of the amount of resources we need to rape from the planet and other poorer countries to survive (despite the fact that for out economy we are shrinking too much). Other countries have a too large of a population because they cannot feed, medicate or educate their population. If we continue to have uncontrolled growth we will destroy our ecosystem and die of starvation. Then the whole cycle can repeat itself only this time there won't be an ecosystem left. We will have destroyed everything. But why not avoid the cycle in the first place?
